Shipping

We offer a flat rate of shipping for $9 per order Nationwide and even to rural addresses.

Some items, e.g., Trainers and Bike Racks, are very heavy and therefore expensive to send.  We are more than happy to do this for you but please contact us to discuss as courier rates can fluctuate, we will investigate the most cost-effective way to get your item to you.

Bikes - At Crossroad Cycles we highly recommend you 'click and collect' this way we can be sure the bike is assembled correctly and is the right fit for the rider.  

If you would like to have a bike shipped please put your bike choice in the basket, purchase and we will contact you within 24 hours (weekdays) to discuss the best options available for you.  NB:  Some companies do not allow shipping.
